Initially, L&S can assemble the necessary design team for your project, which includes, requesting, evaluating and presenting fee proposals from registered professionals. Once the team is established, L&S will participate in the design process by contributing it’s experience from a constructability point of view at various stages of the design time line. This minimizes any redesign, as the comments do not come at the end of the design phase, rather at regular intervals during the design phase where changes are easily dealt with. Next, L&S tenders the project, evaluating the tenders and presenting you with the results, followed by a construction schedule and contract. Client approval is required at each step before proceeding to the next, which keeps you up to date on the progress of your project.
